College of 科学 毕业 Application Instructions (All 主要的s)

Confirm your expected graduation term with your 部门.

联系你的 主要的顾问 to discuss graduation planning, completion of your remaining major coursework, and verify your expected graduation term.

步骤2:

Submit a 毕业 Application.

Apply to graduate by following the Office of the Registrar's "How to Apply" instructions.

步骤3:

Enroll (or confirm enrollment) in courses listed on your approved 毕业 Plan to complete degree requirements.

CoS-SSC recommends students utilize the General 教育 (University Requirement) 建议 service review and confirm University 毕业 Requirement completion (GE, units, PE)

All steps must be completed by the Office of the Registrar 毕业 Application deadline(s).

Refer to your assigned 毕业 Evaluator (based on last name and college) if you have questions regarding your 毕业 Status.

Submitting a graduation application with the Office of the Registrar late may affect a student’s eligibility to participate in commencement ceremony. Students submitting late applications must contact commencement@sh-fyz.com for more information about participating in the College of 科学's commencement ceremony.

Issues with MyProgress

Students MUST REVIEW MyProgress to identify any outstanding requirements (:35 seconds) and identify issues (“Red Squares”).

All “Red Squares” in MyProgress must be resolved before the end of the last semester otherwise there may be delays in awarding the degree. 
In some cases, additional documentation (equivalency or substitution forms, for example) may be required.
