住房 Application Portal
Fall 2024 Apartments Application Closed
Due to the high demand and waitlist numbers for our apartment communities, we are closing the housing application for Campus Village Building A (CVA) and Campus Village B座(CVB).
All students may still apply for a space in our Traditional Halls (Joe West or Washburn Halls, Campus Village Building 2 (CV2), Campus Village Building C Suites (CVC). 空间 are also still available in Spartan 大道上的村庄, our new residence hall located in downtown San Jose.
Those currently on the Apartments waitlist will continue to receive notifications regarding their waitlist status and housing options available.

We are now accepting housing applications from new applicants for the 2024-2025 academic 一年
To apply, please complete the following:
- Pay the non-refundable $50 Application Fee
- Complete the Online Application found at the 住房 Application Portal
- Be sure to hit the submit button on the last page of the application!
- Sign the License Agreement
- Pay the $300 Initial 住房 Payment
Applications are not considered complete and eligible to be assigned a housing space, until all steps above are completed.

Current 住房 residents can now apply to live at Spartan 大道上的村庄 为了秋天. New applicants must wait until the new student application opens in 3月初.

Have you considered living in on-campus housing at the 国际的房子? 国际 House (I-House) is home to U.S. and international students who are freshman through 研究生. As an 菠菜网lol正规平台 housing option, the I-House community provides a diverse and welcoming intercultural living environment.
